QoWatt has therefore decided to trust a French manufacturer which is one of the most experienced in the area, with new generation charging stations which have been adapted according to QoWatt’s needs.

How many terminals to start with, what evolution is considered and according to what criteria?
On all the projects, it is planned to install a service totem accompanied by 2 to 4 charging points to begin with. This service totem on which users order their charge is able to control up to a total of 8 charging points.
As soon as QoWatt observes a smoothed utilization rate over 30 days greater than 20%, it is in the interest of QoWatt and the co-ownership to develop the infrastructure in order to add new charging points. In addition, QoWatt is committed within the co-ownership to compliance with the LOM law depending on the occupancy rate with a long-term projection of between 5 and 10% of parking spots equipped with charging points.

How long will the contract last?
The contract extends for a period of 10 years from the date of commissioning or evolution of the charging station infrastructure, the time for QoWatt to amortize the infrastructure, then it is automatically renewed for successive periods of 5 years.

Will it be necessary to specify at what precise location of the car park the installation of the charging station is considered?
The exact locations for the installation of the charging station infrastructures are included in the appendix to the contract binding QoWatt to the owner/co-owners of the designated space.

How is the 10% profitability promised to the co-ownership calculated?
The calculation of the profitability donated to the co-ownership is simplified so that there is no ambiguity. At the end of each semester, the purchase price of the kWh per QoWatt as well as the total quantity of kWh delivered by the infrastructure are communicated then a calculation is made in order to transfer a return on the infrastructure up to 10% to co-ownership (10% of the price per kWh X number of kWh delivered). When the price of the kWh increases, the profitability returned to the co-ownership increases proportionally.

If we plan to offer QoWatt terminals to a co-ownership, what workload will remain the responsibility of our trustee?
The answer is simple: None.
From the moment QoWatt has launched the commissioning of the charging infrastructures in the area concerned, the co-ownership trustee will not have any outstanding charges in terms of infrastructure management.

What should the co-ownership trustee do when he notices a malfunction or degradation on one or more QoWatt charging points?
QoWatt is contractually committed to the proper functioning of the space charging infrastructure. As the owner of all its energy delivery points and its entire fleet of charging stations, QoWatt is therefore fully covered by its commercial partner AXA France, whether for a situation related to the civil liability of the company or simply machine breakage.

How does a QoWatt charging station function ?
Once the electric vehicle is positioned in a parking spot with an available QoWatt charging point, the user can then go to the service totem located a few meters away in order to start charging their vehicle. The user selects the charging point numbered from 1 to 10 where his vehicle is parked and can then start charging his electric vehicle, very simply from the touch screen available to him, and without any prior registration.

Can I help QoWatt install terminals at my workplace, leisure activity park or shopping zone?
As soon as you consider that your usual place of work, leisure or consumption falls within the commercial criteria of QoWatt (shopping zone or business centers for example), you are then able to speak to your employer, merchant or any simply to your neighboring co-owners if you are a co-owner yourself in order to promote the installation of QoWatt charging stations in the space concerned.

Am I rewarded if I help install QoWatt charging stations?
Obviously !
QoWatt has set up a bonus system for its unique business contributors! When a person “external” to the targeted location manages to help QoWatt install charging stations in the space, then this person becomes a “VIP QoWatt User“. Thus, with the status of “VIP QoWatt User”, the business contributor benefits from a 16% discount for life on the charging of his electric vehicle and on the entire QoWatt network* as well as a remuneration per spot brought from 1000 $QWT** (QoWatt Token) which is the QoWatt cryptocurrency built on the Elrond blockchain.
* Only valid in the country concerned by the installation
** And within the limit of a value of 200 €
